What does your training involve?
I try to mix my training - weights, circuits and body building

 

What does your diet normally consist of?
Breakfast: Cereal and a piece of fruit

Lunch Meat, vegtables and potatoes
Dinner: Sandwiches, yoghurt

 

What made you want to become a strongman?
I have always wanted to become a strongman for as long as I can remember

 

How old were you when you started training and competing in strongman?
Istarted competing in strongman in 1999 and did weightlifting before this

 

What is your greatest strongman achievement?
Winning the Polish world team cup 1999 and strongman's first ever medal in the strongest man sport

 

How do you manage to balance work and training for strongman?
Balancing work and training is difficult but I always do the best to make time for both

 

What is the worst injury you have ever had?
Torn bicep

 

What are your plans after your strongman career?
After my strongman career I would like to organise strongman events throughout the world

 

What has been your biggest dissapointment whilst training as a strongman?
The fact that I have not won the title 'worlds strongest man' yet, but am working to be soon

 

What advice would you give to someone who wants to become a strongman?
Train hard and keep fit in order to always stay ahead of your competitors

 

What is your favourite strongman event and why?
Deadlift because a lot of power is needed for this

 

What is you least favourite strongman event and why?
Fork race because I prefer other events

 

Which past strongman do you admire now & why?
I admire svend karlsen, he is one of my best friends

 

How do you prepare yourself for major events?
Before a mojor event I increase my training as the event gets closer

 

What is your favourite other sporting event?
Weightlifting I enjoy watching and taking part

 

Do you have any hobbies?
Spending time with my family and friends

 

Given your size, what's the funniest thing that's ever happened to you?
I always find it funny trying to find clothes that fit me

 

What would be your favourite type of holiday and destination?
Sun, sea, sand and my family/friends

 

What is your favourite film?
I don't have a favourite film but enjoy anything with a lot of action and adventure

 

What car do you drive now and what car would you like to drive?
I currently drive a yellow hummer

 

What personal achievement are you most proud of?
I'm proud to have a son, wife and family

 

What is your biggest threat for 2009 and why?
Becoming older!
