What does your training involve?
Mostly strongman event training, but in between I also train like a powerlifter. I also train for scotish highland games.
What does your diet normally consist of?
Breakfast: Eggs, oatmeal and all-bran, protein shake
Lunch: Fish or chicken, rice or pasta
Dinner: Beef or chicken, rice or potatoes

Jon pall Sigmarsson - 4x World's Strongest Man champion
How old were you when you started training and competing in strongman?
2006 I started training and competing, before that I was powerlifting

Being invited to WSM competition
How do you manage to balance work and training for strongman?
You just do :)
What is the worst injury you have ever had?
Tore my left bicep tendon in may 2007
What are your plans after your strongman career?
Only thing that is planned today is to enjoy life
What advice would you give to someone who wants to become a strongman?
Train harder, eat more and better and believe in yourself!!

Natural stone loading

I like them all even if im bad at something

Train my ass off :)

Listen to music and just hang around with family and friends

Being lazy in the countryside of Iceland and bbq's
