What does your training involve?
A heavy set followed by a lighter set for a lot of sept, this perfects cardio indurance
What does your diet normally consist of?
Breakfast: 7 eggs + 1 cup oatmeal, piece of fruit, milk
Lunch: 12oz meat, 2 cup rice or big sweet potatoe, milk
Dinner: beef!, rice/potatoe, 2 piece fruit, milk
What made you want to become a strongman?
Fate, I went with Marshal White to his first show, I was his traing partner, so I wanted to support him, decided the night before 'what the hell I will give it a shot 'absolutely loved it!
How old were you when you started training and competing in strongman?
21, Marshall said to me at that 1st show ' at least now I wont come last' - I was 5th he was 8th ....
What is your greatest strongman achievement?
5th 2008 worlds strongest man, 3rd at arnold 2009, multiple world records on stone
How do you manage to balance work and training for strongman?
I get a lot of help! Really I have to do a lot of make-up sessions with my clients when I compete, for training I have to really plan my day and get it all right on the day
What is the worst injury you have ever had?
Body injury that took long time to get over (couldn't walk the first week), hit in the back of the head by squat apparatus.
What are your plans after your strongman career?
Increase my understanding of the human body and take sports training/medicene to a new level
What advice would you give to someone who wants to become a strongman?
Don't be a wus, this is the most extreme strength sport out there and you have to push harder than anyone else

All of them
What is you least favourite strongman event and why?
Dock walk, its just a way of making big guys look stupid

How do you prepare yourself for major events?
Push training to a new level, eat , sleep, breath and think winning

Listen to classical music, learning russian - difficult because I am teaching myself

I broke the top of my desk off in college by leaning on it too hard

Visiting an ancient roman city, also I love being right in the black sea

Dodge Dahota SXT, I'd like a Big Body Level or Mercedes
What personal achievement are you most proud of?
Making it as far as I have in strongman, its really cool being one of the top 5 in the world at something

Myself, I know I can win, now I first have to do it
